DARK DOG Champion Mika Salo

One of the most accomplished and experienced road racers in the world, the Finnish DARK DOG rider Mika Salo has been driving for over 10 years, starting at the British F3 in 1989. During the American Le Mans Series in 2007, Mika was racing for Ferrari Risi Competizione – one of the premium teams in this series. The American Le Mans is the ultimate endurance test, attracting the best manufacturers and drivers around the world. It is a collection of the most high-tech sport cars and racing machines available. The events range in length from over two up to twelve hours!

However, it was not only in the Le Mans 2007 that Mika Salo had a great performance, introducing at the same time DARK DOG as one of his sponsors. At the FIA GT2 Championships 2007, he raced alongside with Thomas Biagi and also finished 1st at Silverstone, in the UK.

Working with Mika since round 1 of the FIA GT2 Championships held at Silverstone, Great Britain on the 7th May 2006, DARK DOG had attained more international brand exposure!
