DARK DOG Team – Christine Müssiggang & Claudia Renner
Claudia Renner and Christine Müssiggang both from Innsruck (Austria) have been working together since 2003 and have been sponsored by DARK DOG since 2005.
For many years, the double had been practising bodybuilding. Christine became in fact the Austrian bodybuilder champion in 2002 and continued to train regularly. Their aim is always to be the best and obtain top positions in the European and World Championships, as well as participate in the upcoming Olympic Games to be held in Vancouver, in 2010.
Training is a major part of their lives and they couldn’t be in better hands. Coached by Gerhard Rainer and the former bob runners Ingo Appelt, former champion of the Olympic Games in 1992, as well as fuelled by DARK DOG Energy, they are destined for good results. In 2004 / 2005, the girls triumphed, reaching a 2nd position at the Tyrolese & Austrian Championships and a 4th position at the European Championship held in Innsbruck/ Igls.
In 2006, they reached an amazing first place at the International European Championships in Innsbruck/ Igls with thousands of live spectators and a worldwide TV broadcast, as well as a subsequent victory in the Tyrol Cup!
Their slogan: "Together we are stronger"… certainly seems to be the case!
